Tammy leads TPG’s Latin America practice, as well as engagements across North America with a focus on building capabilities in Customer Management, eBusiness, Trade & Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Innovation and Project Management.

At TPG, Tammy has led a number of engagements with leading global suppliers and retailers in:
- Development of corporate and functional strategies to drive organizational focus that delivers breakthrough results
- Design and implementation of new and upgraded organizations – from process and role design through to full implementation of the change effort
- Training and development programs to drive measurable improvements in functional competencies through a fully blended learning approach including e-Learning, classroom training and on-the-job application
- Building capabilities through hands-on development of Category Leadership Plans, Department Plans, Joint Business Plans and eBusiness Plans
Tammy is an expert on the marketplace nuances in each country in Latin America and has worked extensively in leading companies from Mexico in North America through to Central and South America. She is also an expert on the unique consumer and shopper behaviors and trends in these markets, including behavioral differences by socio-economic level. Her solutions bring the best of global capabilities customized for these unique market conditions.
Partner Industry Experience:
Prior to joining TPG, Tammy has held leadership positions in top consumer products suppliers including Procter & Gamble, Minute Maid/Coca-Cola, and Diageo. Her 25 years of industry experience have included leadership positions in Customer Management and Trade Marketing, with a focus on Category Management Best Practices, shopper insight development, solution formats at retail and new item introductions. She also played a lead role in organization design and change management efforts at both Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola.
Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in Business Administration and Marketing.
She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
