With expertise in managing change across the breadth of design efforts, Tammy ensures a full implementation that optimizes results.

Tammy brings a depth of understanding on the needs, issues and opportunities facing manufacturers and retailers globally. She has led engagements with leading blue chip clients in North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia that consisted of assessing current capabilities, designing customized solutions and implementing, these designs with TPG’s proprietary Change Management approach. Ensuring organizational success, this approach provides holistic solutions to address an organization’s unique needs. Her efforts have resulted in new and expanded organizational capabilities, increased collaboration, clarity of purpose and ultimately, revenues and profits for her clients.

Additionally, Tammy is an expert in translating competency requirements into result enabling    e-based learning, leading the translation of TPG’s world class Category Management training into an effective & efficient e-based certification and development program, TPG’s Category Management Leadership College™.

Partner Industry Experience:

Prior to joining TPG, Tammy has held leadership positions in top consumer products suppliers including Procter & Gamble, Minute Maid/Coca-Cola, and Diageo. Her 25 years of industry experience have included leadership positions in Customer Management and Trade Marketing, with a focus on Category Management Best Practices, shopper insight development, solution formats at retail and new item introductions. She also participated in organization design efforts at both Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola.

Partner Education:

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in Business Administration and Marketing. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
