Phillippa has over 20 years of FMCG experience in Category Leadership, Shopper Insight, Shopper Marketing, Customer Development and Training & Development.
Phillippa adds value to clients by using her practical experience to ensure that the TPG concepts & tools are delivered, understood & implemented in organisations in order to deliver tangible business results.
Partner Industry Experience:
Phillippa has worked for Unilever in various Customer Development and Commercial roles, both in the UK and Europe. Her roles have included leading the Category Management and Shopper Insight Team in the UK, European Category Strategy Manager for Foods and Customer Marketing Controller for a Leading Brands Business Group. She has been an Account Manager for the top UK Retailers: Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s, and has managed a Cash & Carry/Wholesale sales team.
Phillippa has also worked for other FMCG suppliers including, United Biscuits & Energizer/Wilkinson Sword, where she led a variety of Customer Development projects including; establishing category management capability, developing & embedding organizational processes, and developing customer category & brand strategies.
Phillippa began her career as a Management Accountant and has worked in the extended Supply Chain.
Phillippa has a B.S.c.(Hons) in Management & Chemistry from The University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology (U.M.I.S.T) & is a passed finalist of The Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (C.I.M.A).
