TPG Role:

Joe is a Partner in The Partnering Group, working across TPG’s Manufacturer Consulting Practices and leading our CPG efforts for the TPG Category Management Academy College.

Partner Capabilities and Experience:

Joe has vast experience in the industry. His areas of expertise cover a wide span of items relevant to Manufacturer’s  Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Shopper Insights and Technology groups, including:

Category & Space Management Best Practices, Shopper Research and Insights, Sales Tools & Technology, Account Segmentation, Sales Organization Design, Leveraging Data and Insights to Drive a Competitive Advantage.

Partner Industry Experience:

Joe is well respected in the CPG industry and known for his leadership and vision. Joe has served on several industry committees and has spoken at many industry conferences. He was listed in the 2010 Who’s Who of Shopper Insights, and was featured on a previous cover of Consumer Goods & Technology Magazine Top Industry Visionaries issue. Prior to joining TPG, Joe was Vice-President of Retail Planning & Category Management at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Joe managed a large national team providing category management support and shopper insights to all major chain retailers doing business across various channels

Partner Education:

Joe graduated with honors from Saint Louis University; he holds a degree in Mathematics and an MBA.
