TPG Welcomes Paula Piccirilli to the Marketing & Innovation Practice

The Partnering Group is pleased to announce that Paula Piccirilli has joined the firm in the Marketing and Innovation Practice where she will focus on helping clients with marketing strategy, product innovation, digital marketing and launch planning and execution.

Paula brings over 25 years of experience in driving growth through strategic insights and executional excellence in consumer goods and health and wellness marketing and innovation. She has worked for large established companies as well as start-ups to help drive change and growth.

Paula began her career at Levi Strauss & Co. in organizational design and training, where she worked on the company’s global customer redesign initiative in Europe and the USA. After completing her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, she joined Accenture as a Senior Manager in their strategic services practice focusing on consumer products.

Paula left Accenture to pursue her passion in the health and wellness market. She was a group marketing manager at Boston Scientific then left to join her first start-up, InSound Medical, as Sr. Marketing Director and launched one of the first extended wear hearing devices. She helped the company to a successful acquisition 3 years after commercialization. She held marketing leadership positions in three subsequent start-ups. She was VP of Marketing at Precision Dermatology (acquired in 2014), at TytoCare, a telehealth platform, and home exam solution, and was most recently VP of Marketing at Soovu, a wearable, drug-free solution for chronic back pain.
