TPG Welcomes Alyse Woods as the newest member of the Customer Development Practice

The Partnering Group is excited to welcome Alyse Woods as a Partner in the Customer Development Practices.

Alyse brings 16 years of category strategy and activation experience from CPG, data, and insights, and consulting roles. She advises and assists CPG organizations in bringing research and insights together in order to create category strategy and capabilities. As a strategic professional, she takes pride in creating the “story” and thrives on finding an answer. She enjoys working in a collaborative environment, as it allows her to bring different ideas together, learn from other experts, and ultimately bring the best solution to life.

Alyse’s background includes 12 years at Del Monte, Big Heart Pet Brands, and JM Smucker. She led Category Strategy teams across each of the companies. Her deep understanding of the shopper and consumer helped her to create strategic guidance and recommendations within the company and for retailer partners. Before joining Del Monte, Alyse started her career with IRI within ConAgra Foods and the Strategic Solutions Group. Most recently, she has been working as a consultant with Ghirardelli helping with Category Strategy.

Alyse is based in Sacramento, CA, and will primarily serve clients in North America.
