TPG is looking for an independent contractor to serve as a Sales College Development Manager & Consultant. Initially (12-18 months), the individual filling this role will focus on the development and launch of TPG’s e-learning Sales College. Upon completion of our successful launch, they will transition to a normal consulting role in our Customer Development practice.
Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of sales, sales management and people development experience. Additionally, they will have the following skills:
- Skilled communicator, presenter and facilitator.
- Familiar with latest sales techniques, processes and approaches.
- Comfortable with various technologies to support e-learning design and development
- Skilled in planning and achieving objectives
- Comfortable working independently with little/no supervision
While Cincinnati would be the ideal location, this role can be managed remotely, so relocation is not required. Highly competitive compensation is commensurate with experience.
The primary responsibilities of the initial assignment include: (1) to help identify and develop leading-edge sales training content for the TPG Sales College courses; (2) to work collaboratively with TPG Partners, TPG Instructional Designers and TPG Course Developers to translate leading-edge content into e-learning courses; (3) to help manage the e-learning course development process; (4) to help develop, refine and present customized/tailored Sales College selling presentations for both internal and external customers; (5) to assist in developing and delivering instructor-led sales training courses; and (6) to consult in our customer development practice.
