Tim works with a broad spectrum of retailers from department stores to luxury brands, driving top-line revenue, market development, concession strategy, and bid analysis development.

Tim is a highly experienced operations executive with a significant career track record. Key accomplishments are the creation of the largest retail footprints within Macau’s Integrated Resorts Industry and successfully leading concession bid planning and execution programs for key international airports throughout the world. In both examples, delivering a 360-degree process, from strategy/conceptualization through design/construction, and ending with full operational control.

Most recently, Tim was the President of Global Operations for DFS, the Duty-Free arm of LVMH.
