Having held multiple Vice President, President, and Chief of Staff roles in both strategic and operational positions, Hailey has deep expertise in the areas of Digital Marketing, Omnichannel Execution, and Product Development as well as traditional sales and marketing. She recently drove a radical restructuring and rebuild of the Marketing strategy and department at Shipt. While at Acxiom she formed and led the Enterprise Data and Identity sales organization. In addition, she led the launch of MyFICO.com while at FICO, and started her career as a NASA Research Scientist.
Hailey has an uncanny ability to determine the true levers for growth and profitability within a company. Working closely with her clients, she builds out and deploys sustainable, integrated capabilities that not only drive material business results but inspire employees at all levels to cultivate a high-performance culture. Hailey earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and completed partial studies towards a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering at Stanford University.
