Amy spent nearly 20 years with Nestle Purina PetCare, where she led multiple strategic customer teams spanning the US with responsibility for $1B+ in revenue. Amy’s passion for culture, talent engagement, and leadership acceleration matches her high energy and expertise in profitable sales & market share growth, financial planning & analysis, joint business planning & negotiation, and customer relationship management. She also led several cross-functional organizational change initiatives and facilitated numerous strategic business meetings.

Amy is a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
