The Partnering Group is pleased to announce Stephanie (Steph) Kaul as a Partner in the Marketing & Innovation Practice.
Steph brings 22 years of marketing and sales strategy experience from CPG and consulting roles. She advises and assists CPG organizations in creating organizational strategic plans, branding strategy and consumer targeting based on insights and analytics. She has a track record of success in evolving mature brands and building new brands across multiple CPG categories. She enjoys working in a team environment to gather diverse thoughts and experiences to create the best solution for customers and consumers.
Steph’s background includes 17 years at J&J in the consumer and medical device sectors. Her accomplishments include rejuvenating the product innovation pipeline on the ACUVUE contact lens business and marketing some of the company’s most well-known brands, including Tylenol and Aveeno.
