How to Build a Successful Private Brands Program

The Partnering Group’s Terry Lee will be speaking at the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) Executive Education on Private Label in Shanghai April 16-18. This concentrated program was developed in partnership with Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Executive Development Program.

Terry Lee, who led the private label at three of the U.S. largest retailers, explains the key steps on building a successful program. He offers insight into the  decision-making process and comments on what to do and what not to do for both retailers and private brand manufacturers.
