Tammy is a Partner and the leader of Latin America for The Partnering Group (TPG). She advises clients in the USA and across Latin America.
Tammy serves clients in the top 100 global companies, as well as leading Latin American corporations. Her focus is on developing new capabilities in Category Leadership, Customer Development, and Digital commerce through Organization Design, Talent Development, and on-the-job pilots of core capabilities.
Since joining TPG in 2002, Tammy has led hundreds of transformational engagements at the most successful consumer goods suppliers and retailers around the globe. The result of her engagements has enabled her clients to reframe their strategies, transform their categories, and build sustainable cutting edge capabilities for which her clients have been recognized in the industry. In addition, Tammy has led the development of awarded blended learning that has thousands of global participants.
