His consulting work focuses on helping companies increase their business effectiveness through Enhanced Business Planning, Development of Category Leadership Programs and Linking Organizational Design and Processes to Strategy.

Mike’s business experience includes 25 years of hands on experience in senior leadership roles at major Consumer Companies. He has successfully implemented Center of Excellence capabilities across a diverse set of categories and has re-engineered multiple business units in order to better meet consumer and customer demands.
Mike has worked in both CPG and Consumer Technology industries and has extensive channel and retailer expertise.

Mike has 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management at Barnes & Noble, Eastman Kodak, Campbell Soup and Reckitt Benckiser. He has over seven years General Management experience on large businesses ($1B+ revenue, 100+ employees) and has extensive sales functional leadership with over 5 years of directly leading North American Sales organizations.
Mike holds a BA in Business and Accounting from Augustana College.
