Kelly is the leader of TPG’s Supply Chain practice and consults with clients on best practice implementation to improve supplier and retailer operating efficiencies in Factories, Distribution Centers (DCs), and points throughout the end-to-end Value Chain.
Partner Capabilities and Experience:
Kelly has been with The Partnering Group for over 12 years and has consulted with small cap and large cap manufacturers and retailers in North America, Europe, and Latin America. Kelly is an expert in Factory, DC, and Logistics network optimization, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Manufacturing Operations, Logistics best practices, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Value Chain optimization. His work delivers best-in-class customer service results, reduced COGs and logistics costs, improved order-to-cash results, and the organization capability required to sustain these results.
Additionally, Kelly has authored training seminars in Supply Chain Practices for Customer Development Managers, and in Inventory Management for retailer logistics managers. Kelly has improved value chain efficiencies for more than 30 manufacturer/retailer category pilots. Kelly’s business / corporate experience includes increasing levels of Product Supply responsibilities at Procter & Gamble in the Home Care, Beauty Care, Health Care, and Pet Care categories. Kelly worked at the Iams Company where he led the supply chain expansion of Iams to the Japanese and European markets.
Partner Industry Experience:
Prior to joining The Partnering Group, Kelly was employed at the Iams Company and also spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble leading organizations to achieve benchmark results in Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Order-to-Cash. Kelly’s last assignment was Manager of Product Supply and Global Initiatives for the Iams Company. He also led worldwide site sourcing optimization studies for Iams.
Kelly graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and has a Masters of Business Administrative Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
