Ed is a Partner in our Customer Development Practice. Located in North America, Ed advises clients globally. Ed has significant experience and knowledge in areas of manufacturer Sales Management and Sales Support strategy, structure, process, and system design. He brings over 35 years of senior-level strategic and operational experience in the CPG industry functions of Sales Management and Customer Marketing across all distribution channels. Ed consults on business process design and change management practices that support strategic goals and cross-functional integration.
In addition to leading national sales organizations, Ed’s experience includes acquisition integration, leading ERP level Organization and Process Design, as well as Change Management.
