Don is a Partner in our Supply Chain Practice. He primarily advises clients in North America.
Don has advised clients in multiple engagements on organization design that focus on supplier’s customer teams (especially at Walmart) and customer-facing supply chain management. Additionally, he has advised clients on Bracket Pricing and Incentive Pricing programs, to help clients understand the commercial value of Customer Service, as well as effective supply chain management leading to collaborative value creation.

Prior to joining TPG, Don had a 33-year career at Procter & Gamble, where he was Director of Customer Service and Logistics for P&G’s global business with Wal-Mart. He also has continued to serve as an Executive in Residence at the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business where he teaches in the Supply Chain Management.
