Andy is a partner in The Partnering Group specializing in providing winning solutions to businesses competing in the foodservice, vending and convenience store channels.

Partner Capabilities and Experience:

Andy has experience in transforming new, existing and underperforming businesses into high– growth, high–profit organizations. As a General Manager and as the owner of a consulting practice he has led and participated  in many business turn-arounds by collaborating with customers, operations, sales, marketing finance, R&D and executives to develop and implement pragmatic business plans . Andy has been recognized for his ability to develop break-through strategies, building positive  organizational culture, improving P&L performance and  leveraging relationships with key industry executives.

Partner Industry Experience:

Andy has more than 35 years experience in the foodservice industry. Andy began his career as a foodservice sales representative for Oscar Mayer. He was promoted to several positions of increased responsibility to include Director, West Coast Sales and National Sales Manager, Convenience Stores. In 1990 he was promoted to Director Marketing and Strategy, Kraft Convenience Store, Mass Merchandiser and Drug. In 1998 he joined Starbucks Coffee Company as Director, In-Store Marketing. In 2000 he joined Keebler Foods and following the acquisition of Keebler by Kellogg’s in 2001 became Senior Vice President Sales, Food Away From Home. In 2004 Andy was promoted to General Manager for Kellogg’s and was responsible for the foodservice, vending and the convenience store channels as well as providing leadership for Kellogg’s global foodservice business. Andy has been on several foodservice and convenience store boards and committees. In addition he has performed consulting work with Dannon, GS1, UniPro and the International Foodservice Distributors Association.

Partner Education:

Andy earned a bachelors degree in marketing from the University of New Mexico and continued his education at the University of Chicago.
