Today’s business environment between Suppliers and Retailers has never been more challenging. To help in developing stronger partnerships, as many of you know, TPG created the Industry Best Practice for JBP (Joint Business Planning) in 2014 in conjunction with NACDS. This report titled, “Creating Value Together”, helped set the standard for how to effectively drive joint plans with your largest Customers.
