Vedran Miletic is a leader in The Partnering Group’s Strategy, Marketing and Innovation practice.  His focus is driving business growth through strategy development (corporate, business and functional), brand positioning, marketing and innovation platform development, as well as organizational design and capability building.

Prior to joining TPG, Vedran spent 22 years at P&G including General Management and senior brand leadership roles across the regions and categories including on brands like Tide, Crest, Olay, Oral-B, Downy and Gain. He has a proven track record of creating category growth through innovation, brand reinvention and breakthrough advertising campaigns including multiple award-winning Super Bowl programs.  He brings experience across a range of large scale and small entrepreneurial brands across a range of market dynamics including; businesses with limited resources, billion-dollar brands, M&A, as well as non-traditional (Digital Commerce, Social Selling) led business models.
