Prior Experience

Before joining TPG, Steve built a successful 35+ year career spanning multiple industries (CPG and Consulting) with a focus on Category Management, Space Management, Trade Marketing, and Customer Development. Steve has led large national and regional teams and spearheaded the development of Category Management Strategy & Capabilities to earn Category Advisor status at key retailer partners. His career trajectory included roles at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Accenture, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Nielsen, and Procter & Gamble.

Steve is a TPG Partner and advises CPG Manufacturer clients (with a focus on the Alcohol Category) primarily in North America, who require strategic clarity and team enablement across any number of core challenges.

Steve has over three decades of exceptional leadership in Category Management, Space Management, and Strategic Leadership within the CPG Industry with considerable experience in the Total Alcoholic Beverage Category.
