Sarah Mitchell is a leader in The Partnering Group’s Customer Development practice. Her focus is commercial strategy, planning and execution that create value for both the retailer and  supplier.

Sarah brings extensive experience in multiple food and beverage categories across retail and foodservice with expertise in both DSD and warehouse routes to market, broker management and collaborative customer development. Sarah has also been actively engaged in inclusion and belonging strategies through leadership roles in multiple employee resource groups.

Before joining TPG, Sarah held senior global Sales and Commercial roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Refreshments and Chobani / La Colombe.
