He brings 15+ years of leadership experience, scaling businesses to $400M+ USD. He led the launch and scaling of the Shark and Ninja brands in Canada, achieving market leadership across multiple categories, and has driven global transformation and expansion across multiple regions. His work is grounded in disciplined execution and building high-performing commercial organizations.
Rob is also passionate about leadership development, having co-facilitated programs for 600+ senior leaders globally.
Prior to TPG, Rob held leadership roles across SharkNinja, Newell Brands, Helly Hansen, and Canadian Tire Corporation.
