Pedro has extensive experience delivering growth strategies and transformations across various regions, including Latin America and Canada. His achievements include driving profitable turnarounds, launching new products, and enhancing commercial operations.

Before joining us, Pedro held various senior leadership roles at Merck KGaA, including President and GM Healthcare Division in Brazil and Mexico, and Interim Regional Vice President for Latin America.

His contributions resulted in significant sales growth, improved profitability, and successful product launches in Cardio metabolic, Oncology, Neurology, and other therapeutic areas.
