Luis Ratto is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in category management, strategic planning, purchasing, market development, and business operations. His career spans leading national and multinational organizations, including RD Saúde, Adidas, Sadia/MBRF, and Niasi Cosméticos, where he built and led high-performance teams across the pharmaceutical retail, sportswear, food, and cosmetics industries.
Throughout his career, Luis has been responsible for P&L management, product portfolio strategy, market intelligence, supplier negotiations, and commercial strategy execution. He has a proven track record in structuring Category Management areas, implementing governance frameworks, and deploying analytical tools, including Power BI, IQVIA, and Close-Up, to drive data-informed decisions and continuous performance improvement.
Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership style, Luis has consistently worked in close partnership with senior leadership to define and execute corporate strategies that deliver sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Communication and Advertising from ESPM and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Insper.
