Ken Nelson is a leader in The Partnering Group’s Supply Chain Practice thru Lean Manufacturing and P&G IWS Tools at manufacturing facilities. Ken has extensive experience delivering OEE improvements and leadership development. He has worked with clients to achieve 10-15% OEE output increases in quick fashion. 

Before joining TPG, Ken consulted with LCL consulting.  He has also worked with Procter & Gamble, The Gillette Company and HNI Corporation where his focus was continuous improvement and plant viability.
