Elena Mendoza is a Partner at TPG. Elena advises primarily in North America (USA & Canada), Europe and Latin America in Supply Chain for Retail, Distributors, and Industrial Supply Clients.

Since joining TPG, Elena has worked with clients to produce desired measurable results; maximizing operational performance, identifying operational opportunities for improvements in service and cost, and ensuring sustainability.  Elena successfully developed and implemented new SOPs, trained, and supported the opening of 13 consolidation centers in USA. Elena is a highly people-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative business peer.

Elena brings 18 years of experience from Walmart Mexico and Central America with progressive responsibilities. She has held roles as a General Manager for Distribution Center Operations and Replenishment for both General Merchandise and Perishable. Elena led teams in these functional areas with over 2,500 associates, servicing all business formats.
