Deena Pitzele is Partner in Customer Development Practice for Private Brands and Food Service. Her focus is understanding clients’ business challenges and building plans for successful activation of growth initiatives.

At TPG, she has worked with several clients developing new sales narratives to grow share or penetrate new channels. These clients have secured on average $25M in incremental revenue from new customers or categories.

Her expansive career includes senior leadership positions with companies including General Mills, Supervalu, and George Weston Limited. Between 2012 and 2022, she worked in private equity focused on middle market food and beverage manufacturers.
