Prior to joining TPG, Deena held executive leadership positions in Business Transformation, Sales, & Channel Marketing in both public companies & operating companies in private equity. These include General Mills, Supervalu, George Weston Limited, and Glencoe Capital & Centre Partners.

Deena is a partner in our Customer Development Practice. She advises clients globally with specific experience for businesses competing in both United States & Canada. Deena advises both manufacturers and retailers in the Foodservice industry with expertise in organizational design, training, & development, business planning in multiple categories, & go to market strategies.
