He has a keen ability to significantly reduce costs, streamline processes, and successfully lead complex projects to completion. His adaptability and problem-solving skills enable him to deliver substantial results. A few notable examples include: 1. Delivering on revenue growth management project outcomes exceeding +$300 million for clients. 2. A redesign of an entire owned brands strategy, organization and architecture worth $220 million. 3. Led a retail system implementation that delivered a 5% profit improvement.  

Before joining TPG, David held various key roles at Walgreens, where he specialized in merchandising, analytics, owned brands, M&A, and supply chain.
