Bob Abele has joined The Partnering Group’s Customer Development practice. His focus is driving systemic profitable growth and organizational transformation through high-value strategic partnerships, advanced data analytics, and omnichannel excellence.

Bob brings over 30 years of experience driving impactful growth and value creation within the CPG industry. Before joining TPG, he served as the Sr. Director and Hill’s Pet Omni Channel Leader at Colgate-Palmolive, where he spearheaded significant growth while restructuring team strategies to enhance support across diverse retail channels. As the Leader of Category Management for the CP U.S. Division, he transformed and restructured the department from a “shelf-only” focus into a world-class, insight-driven function that became a core strategic driver for the entire enterprise.

Throughout his career, he has developed deep omnichannel proficiency, managing and delivering programs for major retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, Walgreens, Tractor Supply Company and the Pet Specialty channel. Additionally, Bob was a key member of the Colgate-Palmolive Global launch team for Shopper Marketing, where he helped define the role and capability for the company. He is also a certified expert in advanced negotiation methodologies.
