Bill Dean is a Partner in the Customer Development Practice at The Partnering Group (TPG).  He focuses on strategic revenue growth management and commercial investment excellence.

Bill is passionate about driving value creation through sales and margin growth.  He helps clients win by developing multi-year strategic roadmaps, aligning systems, priorities, and processes, and by leveraging analytics across the organization.

Before joining TPG, Bill held various roles at Schwan’s, Post Consumer Brands, and General Mills focusing on Revenue Growth Management, Sales Leadership, and Customer Development.
