He brings 30 years of leadership experience from global CPG giants, including Natura &Co/Avon, Johnson & Johnson (Kenvue), and AB InBev/AmBev. Over the past 14 years, Alexandre served as General Manager and Managing Director across Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico—building a proven track record of delivering profitable growth, leading complex turnarounds, and developing high-performing teams.
