Valerie is a partner in Customer Development and Retail Practices. She advises clients Globally. She advises organizations on transformational change based on her rich and unique perspective from her extensive experience in both retail and consumer packaged goods.
She is focused on helping drive sales and revenue growth across the store through the creation of Category Management and Joint Business Planning processes that leverage the expertise of manufacturers through efficient collaboration. She also is focused on the leading transformation of shopper-based clusters/assortments and store-specific planograms through the introduction of optimization software.

Prior to joining TPG, Valerie was V.P. of Category Management/Space Planning at the Albertsons Companies. Valerie also spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble, Nabisco, and Clorox in various sales, analytics, sales planning, and trade marketing roles.
