Shannon specializes in launching new businesses and accelerating mature brands’ revenue growth through innovative brand positioning, product development, and marketing in highly competitive markets. Examples include his leadership launching Mr. Clean Eraser®, relaunching Swiffer® Sweeper and WetJet, and overhauling the China Always® brand and portfolio to deliver 30-year historic results.
He is at the forefront of fast-evolving Digital Commerce developing winning strategies, initiatives, and operations for Omnichannel, Pure Play, and newer DTC, Social Selling, and Livestreaming models evidenced by his leadership of the China Pampers® with nearly 80% of revenue generated online.
He is experienced in designing internal and external organizations to manage daily operations and deliver increasingly demanding content needs across platforms most effectively and efficiently. He is a passionate capability-builder and engaging trainer.
