Jill is a Partner in the Organization Design and Implementation Practice at The Partnering Group. She has served organizations and individuals in a wide variety of talent management services including competency development, valid selection techniques, performance management, and executive coaching and development. She has over 25 years of experience working in a wide variety of public and private organizations.
As a consultant to both organizations and individuals, Jill has provided a wide variety of talent management services to a range of industries. She has been a talent management executive with a Fortune 500 company, an assessment, and career consultation firm, and has been the President of her own HR consulting firm.

Prior to joining TPG, Jill had consulted independently for over 15 years with a variety of major companies including BP, PepsiCo, Baptist Health, GTE, Dell, and several government entities.
Jill was the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for CSX Corporation, CSX Technology, and CSX Intermodal. Prior to joining CSX, she was a Vice President at Drake Beam Morin serving as the lead for organizational development projects.
