Don has worked with over 50 different companies on Revenue Management projects that realize between 4% and 14% in trade spend savings.
Don joined TPG in 2012 and has worked with his clients to improve Revenue Management strategy, discipline, and skill development. Clients have renovated Customer Segmentation, overhauled their Revenue Management go-to-market design, and implemented trade systems with Don’s help. Don regularly speaks at conferences or on webinars regarding Revenue Management and he has published 4 white papers/publications on various Revenue Management best practices.
