Chris is a partner in The Partnering Group, providing capability and consultancy solutions for manufacturers, retailers and service providers, with specialisms in Pricing, Promotions, Trade and Marketing Investment.

Partner Capabilities and Experience:

20+ Years experience in CPG mostly on client side but also several years on agency side both early and later in career. Key areas of experience are in Price Promotions and Trade Investment Strategy and Implementation, Category Management, Marketing effectiveness optimisation including consumer funnel pain points.

Partner Industry Experience:

20+ years mostly on client side. Started career at IRI in UK in Retail Services managing Sainsbury and Superdrug accounts. Moved to Kellogg and built Kellogg UK Insight and Analytics function from almost zero to 50+ people responsible for consumer insight, category management, Integrated Business Planning (Kellogg version of S&OP) Go to Market Strategy for innovation and responsible for all price and promotion investment decisions of c. £120m. Then spent 5 Years as Global Senior Director of Price, Promotion and Marketing Effectiveness Strategy and Analytics for Kimberly Clark. Built best practices and deployed in over 40 markets around the world. 18 month career break due to family circumstances then joined Fractal Analytics as Global VP of CPG consulting working with many Blue Chip CPG’s to help design learning plans and analytics capabilities with a complete focus of solving business challenges profitably year after year.

BA European Marketing and French – Hull. Marketing Research Society Graduate.
