Andy is a Partner in our Customer Development Practice. Located in the UK, he works with clients in Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.

Andy advises and assists CPG clients to develop category leadership through a customer-back, shopper-focused approach. He is passionate about connecting the dots with data to identify strategic value creation opportunities and then unlocking them through compelling joint business plans with retail partners.

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining TPG, Andy has held leadership roles in International & UK Customer Management, Commercial Strategy, Insights & Category Management, and Shopper Marketing. Over the years, Andy has spent time at The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP), Cadbury, Carlsberg, and IRI.
