With a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives for executive stakeholders, Ashlee excels at building and scaling Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMOs) that align priorities, streamline workflows, and deliver results from design through execution.

Prior to joining TPG, Ashlee held senior leadership roles at EmployBridge, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide transformation programs and drove organizational alignment across diverse business units.
