Kristen is a Partner in the Organization Design & Talent and Strategy & Marketing practices at TPG.​

She brings extensive global leadership experience across diverse categories in the US, Canada, Asia and Europe, with expertise in transforming companies, teams and brands to deliver lasting impact. ​

Before joining TPG, Kristen led global initiatives to enhance marketing capability across 26 regional subsidiaries of Otsuka. Previously, she held leadership roles at SC Johnson and Pharmavite where she spearheaded marketing strategies and capability programs that accelerated brand performance and built high-performing teams. Kristen is recognized for her exceptional ability to collaborate across functions and cultures, driving strategic change and successful business outcomes.​
