TPG Welcomes Eleni Shipp as the newest member of the Strategy, Marketing & Innovation Team

The Partnering Group is pleased to announce that Eleni Shipp has joined the firm in the Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation team where her focus will be on profitable business growth through brand and category strategy, omnichannel plans, and organization design and development. Eleni brings over 36 years of expertise in Strategy, Joint Business Planning, as well as traditional sales and marketing for all channels.

Prior to joining TPG, Eleni ran her own consulting firm where she developed brand and category strategy, innovation plans, department and category reinventions, and marketing for Fortune 100 companies and emerging brands. She also led due diligence for both private equity and Fortune 100 clients seeking emerging brands and served as CMO of the PE firm’s largest portfolio company. Before this, Eleni held positions of increasing leadership at P&G where she ran brands and also developed capabilities to grow P&G’s brands globally, including the startup of P&G’s shopper marketing capability and fast cycle innovation team. She currently serves on the board of several companies.

Eleni has a BBA from the University of Michigan. Her expertise is in these areas:
