Foodservice Category Management Training and Certification

In 2013, The Partnering Group (TPG) and its’ primary sponsor IFMA, championed an industry wide, all-inclusive initiative to develop Best Practices Category Management for foodservice. The initiative engaged 33 leading manufacturers, distributors, brokers, research/ insights providers and industry associations who collaborated together to develop an eight step process called Full Plate™.  This process provides a framework for industry practitioners to effectively increase profitability and ultimately gain back share of the consumer’s food dollar.

IFMA’s Foodservice Category Management Training and Certification Program, powered by TPG’s Full Plate™, is now available to members and non-members alike with the first training seminar coming up May 6, 2014.
