TPG Role: Partner

Erin is a Partner in the Customer Development Practice at The Partnering Group.  Her focus is on Category Leadership, Insights and Analytics, and Organizational Performance consulting for CPG clients.

Partner Capabilities and Expertise:

Erin brings 20 years of CPG experience across manufacturing, brand management and consulting roles. Erin’s most recent experience was at Kantar, where she was a Vice President in the Retail, Sales and Shopper Consulting Practice.  There, she led multiple clients across Food, Home and Personal Care categories and led the Organizational Performance practice area for the US.  Prior to Kantar, she spent 11 years at Campbell’s where she held various brand management roles across food and beverage brands in center store and the perimeter.  She started her career at Procter & Gamble as an engineer in their largest North American manufacturing plant in Mehoopany, PA.

Partner Industry Experience:

During her time in CPG and Retail, Erin had extensive experience in brand, category, customer and channel strategies as well as consumer and shopper research and activation.  She has built category and brand leadership strategies for multiple categories and companies.  She has a proven track record for delivering strong growth across businesses she has managed and on which she has consulted.

Partner Education:

Erin received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and her MBA in Brand Management from the Johnson Business School at Cornell University.
