1) TPG completed a comprehensive assessment that revealed product portfolio and retail customer sales and profit pools and deficiencies while identifying major operational opportunities vis-à-vis industry best practices.
2) TPG, working with the Executive Team, created a pragmatic and “ownable” strategic plan that aligned the organization to 1) accelerate growth in profitable customers, 2) to significantly reduce portfolio complexity (exiting some category segments) and 3) to transforming manufacturing.

Impact/Results

Within six months, the organization was producing profit. During the next three years, the company achieved its highest level of sales, market share and EBIDTA, fueling geographic and channel expansion and entry into a new product segments.
