Fernando has extensive International experience, mostly in Latin America. Fernando’s experience, knowledge, and skill sets enable clients to seize a full range of applications to drive profitable top-line growth.

Fernando’s capabilities are focused on enabling the flawless assessment, design, and implementation of Manufacturer best practices, with robust cross-functional alignment/synergy, and quickly driving bottom-line results.

Prior Experience:
Fernando has almost 10 years of consulting experience and over 20 years of senior management and international experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, working for top companies and spanning many categories. He has held senior Sales, Sales Marketing, Sales & Commercial Capability Development, Project Management, and Sales & Operations Planning positions, including Latin America & Caribbean Sales & Commercial Capability Director for Diageo, and Associate Manager (Sales & Operations Planning, Sales Marketing and Sales Division Manager) for Procter & Gamble.
