Chad brings over two decades of leadership experience across a diverse set of industries, developing and executing innovative strategies for growth and profitability. He is a leader with expertise in pricing, analytics, data-driven strategy development and decision making, and organizational transformation. With experiences in merchandising operations, pricing, replenishment, operations, and finance, he is a valuable asset to clients across a variety of applications. Chad has led various organizations through transformations, restructures, and organizational redesigns throughout his career. Chad has served as the CEO of a mid-sized conglomerate, and as an executive at a Fortune 1 company.

Prior to joining TPG, Chad has served as the CEO of The Runway Group, a multi-billion dollar conglomerate of businesses owned by Tom and Steuart Walton. The Runway Group operates companies across private equity, real estate development, aviation, manufacturing, regional economic development, hospitality, and merchandising. Prior to The Runway Group, Chad spent two decades as an executive at Walmart Stores, Inc., where he served as an executive leading centralized merchandising operations, driving a transformation of the retailer’s strategies in Pricing, Data Science, Product Layout, Technology Development, Replenishment, and Merchandise Feature Selection. Additionally, he served in roles in M&A, strategy, operations, and supplier negotiations.
