  • Ecommerce to Omni-channel Operations- Best Practice Process Redesign: TPG leverages a set of omni/ecommerce process maps to form a high level overview of how all functions work together in a typical pure-play or omni-channel environment. These maps detail typical process steps across marketing, merchandising, warehouse, sample management, suppliers, photo/video/copy operations and others. TPG will work with your teams, to create new streamlined processes that are designed to optimize work that can be automated, removed, retimed or stopped.
  • Omni-channel Organization Design, Redesign or Integration: Leveraging the designed ecommerce processes, TPG will design a new or augmented organizational structure including role descriptions, compensation, rewards, decision rights and linkages. This will provide direction on integration of opportunities between current store operations, marketing, merchandising and supply-chain to optimize alignment and minimize business risk.
  • Omni-channel Talent Development: TPG will specifically develop functional and leadership competencies across multiple proficiency levels with specific behavioral indicators. TPG will evaluate personnel against defined competencies to help design training and coaching needs.
