All of our Partners are industry leaders with proven track records as executives from many of the world’s leading consumer products companies. As executives, they were responsible for successfully leading entire functions, business units and/or corporations. As a result, our Partner’s have unparalleled “hands on” experience and expertise. TPG’s Partners average nearly twenty years of consumer packaged goods management experience before joining TPG. Collectively, they have a comprehensive and diverse range of managerial experience, representing almost every retail and manufacturer function. Upon joining TPG, each Partner has received extensive training that enables them to effectively apply their industry experience in meeting a client’s needs. TPG’s Partners have an unusual balance of significant line management and consulting experience.
