Oskar brings two decades of retail experience in strategy, customer development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
In a prior role, Oskar was Global VP, eCommerce at Kellogg’s where he was responsible for future-proofing global company growth via eCommerce and digital business innovation for some of the iconic breakfast and snacks brands, including Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies, Special K, Pringles, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It and Kashi.
Prior to Kellogg’s, Oskar was General Manager, eCommerce for Mondelez International, where he built North America eCommerce division for brands like Oreo, Trident, Chips-Ahoy, Stride and Belvita. Prior to Mondelez, Oskar was Global Director of eCommerce at Kimberly-Clark, he led global eCommerce strategy and channel innovation for the B2B division for brands like Scott and Kleenex.
Oskar started his career launching Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce business models for various start-up manufacturers and developing eCommerce for pharmaceutical companies.
Oskar frequent speaks at leadership summits of Fortune 500 companies: Clorox, Colgate, Amcor; Industry events: Shoptalk, GroceryShop, IGD, B2BOnline, Forrester; Higher Education: MIT, Emory.
