John Prittie

John is a Partner who assists both Manufacturer and Retailer clients. He lives in North America but has worked with clients globally.

Since joining TPG in 2004, John has helped over 100 clients hire, train, develop, and retain thousands of employees. He has also enabled them to develop and implement new organization designs, category leadership processes and plans, and customer development best practices.

John’s primary focus is on talent development, including strategy, functional competency definition, competency assessment, curriculum development, blended training design and delivery, and executive coaching.  Additionally, John assists clients in developing and implementing new organization designs, best practice category leadership, and joint business planning.

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining TPG, John worked for Procter & Gamble and ConAgra Foods in a variety of leadership sales, marketing and human resource roles.
