TPG are delighted to announce its support for the newly formed Abrafarma Category Management Committee in Brazil. (Abrafarma is the industry association representing all major drug store retailers and suppliers in Brazil). The goal of the newly formed Category Management Committee is to develop a tailored model for Category Management in the fast growing drug store channel in Brazil and to support the implementation of this model by Abrafarma retailers and suppliers. TPG will be supporting the work of the committee with its extensive global knowledge and best practices in the area of Category Management. Dr Brian Harris of TPG who will lead TPG’s advisory work commented, “as the originators of Category Management we are looking forward to supporting Abrafarma in this path-breaking initiative.
